Google’s co-founder larry page made the announcement that has many people wondering about the future of the world’s largest search engine. Early last week, page announced that google would become a subsidiary of the parent company called alphabet.
Both page and sergey brin echoed in a press release that they are both excited for this change and also feel that it is The ABC’s of Google a necessary evolution in a company’s life. Page explains:

Google’s structure or even who they are, don’t panic. Most people hadn’t heard about the new company until google’s announcement. Alphabet will become a parent company of multiple smaller organizations like nest, calico, and fiber. Google will join The ABC’s of Google these businesses as a part of alphabet’s large umbrella of companies.
