Facebook enables switching from profile to page

Facebook recently made it possible to switch from a profile to a page. The biggest difference between a profile and a page is that a page only needs to be ‘liked’. With a profile, the user needs to become friends.

Community management is not just about putting out fires, but also about managing the interaction between members. The tone and choice of words you use are essential to your success as a community manager.
