How was your company developing before participating in the Business Booster program?
Our network of salons “Love Epil ” , providing laser hair removal and body aesthetics services, currently covers the success story bc data hong kong of the three countries: Poland, Spain and Ukraine. Last year, thanks to participation in the Business Booster program, we were able to expand our activities and open new studios in Kiev and Valencia.
The company has been around for about four years, starting as a small family business in Warsaw. However, as we grew and open studios in other cities, it became clear that we ne to move to more systemic management. The problems the success story of the of manual management became obvious, and we had to rethink our organizational structure and management approaches.
What prompt you to participate in the Business Booster program?

How has delegating functions affect your operational time?
Of course, there have been changes. At the moment, I have not yet fully left the operational management, as we are going through a change in the management team and the generation of managers. Some employees who start with us did not cope, burn out or left, and this process is still ongoing. This gave us the opportunity to review the team and understand who shares our ideas and is ready to move forward.
Now I have a little more time to develop the. I therefore business, but I have specifically set a goal to leave operational management. I thereforeand transfer this function to the director. At the same time, I want this director to come from within the company, to grow among our specialists. This process is still ongoing, and it takes time.
What management tools have proven most useful for your company?
It’s hard to single out one tool, but for example, statistics management has become important. At first, we tri to track all the indicators, but over. I therefore time we realiz that not all of them provide important information. However, this tool helps us focus on results and increase productivity.

How would you compare the MBA program to the Business Booster course?
Yes, I complet an Executive MBA program, which is more focus on practical application than academic theory. Although the program was very theoretical, it also includ business simulations and teamwork.
